Scuderia Ferrari HP User Agreement

Acceptance. By proceeding, you agree to these terms — including the clauses you scrolled past on the way to the checkbox.
Paddock Access. You receive one authorized viewing of the Licensed Materials. Scuderia provides no trailer, no spoiler, and no pre-race briefing on the nature of what is being released.
No Warranties. Contents are released as-is. Scuderia does not warrant broadcast suitability, era accuracy, or that your past self will meet current expectations.
Driver Conduct. You agree to receive the Materials with professional composure — no sustained motorhome silence, no podium-level sulking, and no treating the Licensor as though he called the wrong strategy again.
Disputes. Complaints must go through direct team radio only. You waive appeals to the FIA, legal counsel, family members, or any non-paddock third party.
